Will Lexity be changing its name?
In the short term, we will still be known as Lexity. However, we will be adopting Yahoo branding over the next few months.
How will this affect Lexity’s future products and goals?
Our goals will always be small business focused. We will continue to provide a one-stop shop for all merchants (with continued support for our merchants on our partner platforms like Shopify, Magento and BigCommerce, etc.). We will also continue to support developers who build on our platform.
How will this affect my business?
With even more resources to support the services we’re building, you can expect even more features, services and functionality in the weeks and months to come. As always, we’re committed to helping your business succeed!
What will happen to my current Lexity apps?
We don’t expect any immediate changes. We constantly add new apps, improve existing apps, and occasionally sunset apps depending on business priorities - but rest assured, joining Yahoo! will only give us more resources to improve our services for users and developers.
What changes will happen to my store data? Who has access to my store data?
We are extremely careful with all data and keep it securely on our servers. Yahoo has the same great standards, so your data is safe and in great hands.
Will the pricing models for each app change?
We are constantly improving our pricing model, but there are no planned changes relating to the acquisition.
I want to close my account. How do I do that?
We’d be extremely sad to see you go but if you’d like to close your account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.

Does this mean you will no longer support other platforms?
No. We will continue to support merchants on any ecommerce platform―Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, you name it.
Does Yahoo! Merchant Solutions get special access?
Our goal is to build a platform that helps all small business merchants, so we want to give all platforms as much access as we would give Yahoo! Stores. If you represent a platform, please get in touch!
Will Commerce Central continue?
Yes! Commerce Central will continue to be your write-once, run-anywhere development platform.
Will you support Yahoo! Stores?
Yes. If you are a developer, Commerce Central will give your app access to thousands of Yahoo! Small Business customers in the near future.
